what is intuitive healing?
Intuitive healing is a holistic approach to wellness that uses intuition, energy awareness, and inner wisdom to identify and release energetic, physical, or emotional blockages.

That’s because not everything lives in your thoughts.
A lot of what you’re carrying is stored in your body and your subconscious. It shows up as tension, emotional reactions, repeating patterns, or a constant sense of being on edge.
Energy healing helps you access deeper layers aka releasing the deep shit. It’s the type of shit we aren’t able to access ourselves so you can actually have breakthroughs. You’ll not just have a better understanding of those layers but you’ll have more of an understanding of how everything you have been molded to the person you have become. The emotions, the mindset, having your guard up and then you get to make the choice, either stay this way or become a better version of who you are now.
What is the subconscious?
Sigmund Freud’s iceberg theory is a way of understanding how the human mind works. It suggests that only a small part of our thoughts and awareness, about 10 percent, is visible at the surface. The much larger portion, about 90 percent, exists below the surface in the subconscious.
This hidden part of the mind includes deep emotions, past experiences, and automatic responses. According to the theory, these unseen factors play a major role in shaping our thoughts, decisions, and behaviors, even if we are not fully aware of them.

Step 2:
Go deeper into the work replace with go down that rabbit hole
Sessions are designed to help you access what’s stored beneath the surface. Through guided meditation, intuitive insight, and body work techniques, you’ll begin to feel what’s been held in your body.
Step 3:
Release what’s been held, replace with Let that shit go
As those layers come up, you’ll be guided through processing and releasing. This can look like emotional release (cough, laugh, cry, or word vomit where you purge the negative thoughts that run rampant in your mind or past timelines of trauma), physical shifts (your body can shake and wiggle), or a deeper understanding of what’s been driving your patterns.
Step 4:
Move forward differently
As you release the deep shit, you’ll feel more grounded as in living in the present, more clarity and more control of how you respond and navigate through life.
